Being Bodyful™ at Spa Eastman
Being Bodyful™ is an invitation to discover where you live in your body. Through simple, guided awareness, you begin to notice how everyday habits—how you sit in the car, stand at the kitchen sink, or relax while watching television, for example—shape comfort, tension, and ease. By bringing attention to posture, breath, and movement, Being Bodyful™ helps you recognize that change is possible. Small shifts in awareness can lead to meaningful changes in physical discomfort, supporting a more comfortable, responsive relationship with your body in daily life.
